Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging unless defective.
  • Gloves, caps, and apparel must be returned in unworn condition with all tags attached.
  • Customized items, including personalized golf balls, are not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@snydergolfusa.com.
  • You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.
  • Pack the item(s) securely before shipping back to us.
  • Ship the return to:

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and process your return.

The purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

A 10% restocking fee may be applied to returns of high-value items (over $500) unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new purchase.

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Depending on availability, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Refunds for sale items will be issued at the discounted purchase price.

7. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

8. Exceptions

Seasonal items may have different return periods, which will be clearly stated in the product description.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
